The Bright Spark Journey: Four Weeks of Joy, Creativity, and Energy
Week 1: Finding Joy in Every Day
Discover simple ways to bring joy and lightness back into your daily life. This week is about noticing and celebrating the small things that make a big difference.
What to expect: Practices to help you reconnect with your everyday joys, notice the positive, and build habits that make you feel more alive.
Week 2: Your Value
It’s time to stop undervaluing yourself. This week, we’ll be getting VERY clear on why you are awesome, what blockers you have in knowing this and working on how to communicate your value in a way that doesn’t feel ‘ick’.
What to expect: Developing a unique value proposition canvas for yourself. Deep discussions around the links between knowing your value, creating strong boundaries, and prioritising your wellbeing.
Week 3: What Lights You Up
This week, we’ll focus on what brings back your sparkle and how to access more of it in your life. We will work on mapping your energy to see what really lights you up and what drains you day to day. It is time to get excited and hopeful for the future!
What to expect: Learning approaches to mapping your energy and working out how to chase after more things that bring you life. Some blue sky planning for the future. Let’s dream big!
Week 4: Creativity and Play
This is where we embrace curiosity and try new things! This week will be about letting go of perfectionism, experimenting with new ideas, and bringing more creativity into your life.
What to expect: Exercises to bring more play into your work, unleash your creativity, and help you see challenges from a fresh, more playful perspective. This will include a Design Thinking workshop.
