Corporate Recovery

Thank you so much for your interest in this program. This program and all my other work now lives within The Fulfillment Lab my mentoring space for corporate women.

  • Working with Mollie has been amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge with respect to stress management and mechanisms we can all use to help us be the best version of ourselves. She is raw and open about her own experiences which we can all learn from. Thank you, Mollie!

  • The Corporate Recovery came at the exact right time for me as I was in the depths of burnout juggling a senior corporate job and parenting. This program gave me the… tools to have meaningful discussions on what I was going through and begin discovering the direction for the future. There are tools and resources Mollie introduced me to that are now forever in my toolkit ready for when I need them. Thank you!

  • Thanks again for putting the corporate recovery out into the universe and doing this fantastic work. I have gained so much from the corporate recovery program… It has challenged my assumptions around work and my own stories about myself and my values. Working with Mollie… has set me on a path of finding out what it is I really want out of life with clearer insight into the learned behaviours that have been shaping my decisions. Mollie is fantastic at creating a safe and caring space …. - it was such a relief to know that I was not alone in feeling the burnout.

Life is too short to be stressed all the time.

Life is too short to be stressed all the time.

Life is too short to be stressed all the time.

Life is too short to be stressed all the time. • Life is too short to be stressed all the time. • Life is too short to be stressed all the time. •

Mollie’s Story

You know when you’ve been holding your breath for a while and you do a long breath out and you feel everything just release?

That is how I feel at the moment after leaving my big job as an Executive Director at a large law firm.

I’m eating better. I’m sleeping better. I don’t feel like ants are crawling around my nervous system. My mind is clear. I have more energy. I feel more social. I don’t feel overwhelmed by small things. The world has opened up to me and it is a wonderful thing.

This is because I’ve changed my relationship to stress. I’ve stepped outside of stress and said ‘no, you will not rule my life anymore’.

How did I do it? Not by quitting my job. That was a result of the changes, not the catalyst.

How I did it was by looking after myself so so well, finally. By creating space to reflect and reset. By sitting in the uncomfortable unknown for a while to see what I could learn there (which felt so murky and hard, trust me). Then by getting sparkles of hope and seeing how things could be different.

The result: freedom, clarity, joy, respect for myself, calmness, excitement at the future, a less frantic existence.

That is what I want for this Corporate Recovery Program and for each of you who will join us.
